Azureus Port Forwarding

I was hoping someone can help me out. I just tried port forwarding through my router setting, my dell truemobile 2100. However, in order to be successful, i need to enable ip passthrough on my router, my westell wirespeed 2100. Can anyone tell me how to do this? thanks in advance
