If he hasn't actually agreed to anything, then the threat of "20,000 Euro per day penalty" is meaningless, only a court can impose orders like that and they certainly would not be backdated.

The second part of the article ("supply all available information on the co-operators of the site…”) refers to NLexperience.com not Torrentit. It sounds like they have reached agreement. However, breaking such an agreement is breach of contract, not perjury.

Seems like Mr Kuik and BREIN need some advice on the law.

So disapointed... I spent alot of time, and got 4 bandwidth warning from my school, to keep my ratio up around 3. I guess its back to public servers now, bc I don't have any other private sites :(

Oh well... I'm really gonna miss the ol' COD2 server as well. They were just getting some tournaments and regular games going!

Torrentit was the best. Never seen soo many multi MB uploaders in one place. I hate these wait time places. Happy atleast I kept a good enough ratio at pisexy and Bitsoup that i got no wait times there. I am impressed w/ bitsoup but you donation solications daily from them. Torrentit is going to be missed but it is encouraging that there logo is still there.
