i have spent all day looking for my halflife cd soi could play counter strike but no look :(


but about 30 secs ago i found the case for my halflife and yes i did buy it from shop

it hd the cd key on it to :)

but plzzz could some 1 tell me that if i downloaded a copy of halflife and used the key which came with my real version of halflife
could i install my counterstrike and play online??

Well you might not because for playing online you need a unique s/n. If you have already registered online with the same s/n it may not allow you because of the mismatch in file.

It can. Half-Life only needs a real cd-key not generated by a keygen, so since you have an actual key, I think you can use it on a downloaded copy.

k tried about 3 copy's now of halflife rips


but none worked they were currupt, so now im gonna resort to finding a decent full half-life ISO

file



anyone here got 1 they downloaded off kazaa, emule etc
