Toolbar Wallpaper

I am using "IEToolbarWallpaper" to brighten up my IE browser, how do i implement this into folders toolbar.

Well, I used to use hotbar for changing wallpaper before I found out that hotbar implements tons of spyware.

I can not use TweakXP for this operation. If you are running XP then use TweakXP, you can find the program on kazaa lite.

Or, I found that TweakUI (http://www.angells.com/fun/ieskins/ieskinsxp/) will also do this change for you too.

TweakUI for 98 does not have the option to implement bitmaps into the tollbar.

I have tried Hotbar & did'nt like it.
