View Full Version : Who's "Third Party Cookie" is it?

When I block third party cookies in ZoneAlarm I can't stay logged on here.. no prob if I don't block'em .... so ... who's cookie is it? ... why do I need it? ... why does the board need it?

your login info is stored in the cookie file.

There aren't any needed third party cookies to stay logged in.
For some reason your firewall must think the fst cookie is a thirdparty one.

I've had a similar problem in the past (I don't use ZA now).

It's possibly because the cookies are registered to filesharingtalk.com, but if you access the forum as www.filesharingtalk.com ZA may see that as a different site.

why are u blocking cookies in za ? why not just block 3rd party cookies in your browser ?

ZoneAlarm is the problem...best bet is to deinstall it...and try another, Kerio is ok but I believe its now a Sunbelt product..

Funny how people view cookies , I use Crapcleaner to manage mine only ones I keep are Filesharingtalk . I hate logging on .
