There are a lot of great ebooks on different private and public trackers these days... I just got an account at learnbits, and it doesn't reaaaally live up to what i thought it was going to be...

but what site do you think is the best elearning site? Is bitme THE place? Or are there other options?

Have a look at Bitspyder.net (http://bitspyder.net)..
just new, but growing faster than learnbits already. Lots of materials are out there.. eventhough still no match for Bitme its defenitely worth a look.
Signup before they close it. :)

Bitme has the most content by far. It is also the place to find rare and unique downloads.
