Yes this is, but many sites have their own specific rules about posting on public sites (like this, slyck, etc.). They usually don't care when it's on a private site (like another private BT site). I was talking about the forums on x264, they've recently started to enforce new rules.

I understand.
Apart from both the inviter & invitee being kicked out if the invitee commits a "Hit n Run",there is also a risk that some mod/admin from the sites may be checking these forums.
I had a bad experience at afterdawn's invite thread ,which was ultimately closed,wherein a mod of a tracker site masquerading as a user disabled my account for having offered its invites for trade there.

i got the invite (many thanx 2 Kirkedir), but when i tried 2 register i got - "Signup failed! Don't leave any fields blank." - that was yesterday.
2day if i'm trying the link again - i'm getting a message that the adress doesn't exsist.....

when i try to enter the site it tell me all the time - under construction....
