Hi, I just want to know is messenger and hotmail are down.. can't log in and hotmail does not load.

Its working for me i usually have problems when i am uploading stuff but generally it works.

it's not worked for me for 3 months and as such i lost my hotmail account i've had for the last 7 years. and with it all my old emails and contacts.
