View Full Version : Ntsc And Pal Games

When i play a PAL game the screening is fine. When i put an NTSC (america) game in the screen goes a bit up and it looks all messy. Is there any kind of fix that i can apply to get rid of the mess????

My guess is that you have an unmodded console and you would need to mod it to play region locked games (NTSC and PAL).

It is not the region code locking that appears to be his problem. He needs to patch his game disk with an ntsc to pal converter.

gamer4eva tell us what console you have and if you have it modded or not (so we know if you can actually patch the game and boot it)

Which means he would need an NTSC Xbox for example to play an NTSC Xbox game. And yes, you need your console modded to be able to play both formats.

Basically i have a ps2 console.When i play ps2 NTSC or PAL the game is fine. But when i play the ps1 games (old classics cant resist em) then it just goes all bent the screen moves up a bit and it looks ugly. Is that enough lol and Gam3Guy my ps2 is modded using the messiah 2 chip. From people i know, they had the best experience using this chip. But not me.
