What I do is split the forum up into two catagories. People who are worthy of me rodding them and people who aren't worth the bother because they're stupid.

I use Extra Virgn Olive Oil for everything, cooking, dressings whatever. I also use olive oil spread rather than butter. However I cannot eat an Olive, I find them ubber distasteful.
