I am looking for some movies to watch and want to know if they will be released to DVD before I get them downloaded from Kazaa, or after.

There are a bunch of scheduled release sites to let you know that information. Just use a search engine and you'll get a bunch to choose from. IMDB's is good, mine is updated on my yahoo homepage, and I spend a fair amount of time on ifilm.com (love that site) looking at that type of information.
