I gave up pot about 3 years before I stopped smoking cigaretts about 10 years ago ... I remember that I enjoyed pot ... maybe I'll take it up again ...:)

first you have to admit to yourself that humans need some type of substance to allow them to get 'fucked up.' once you can get past that part of the argument, you should be able to convince anyone that the safest and most abusable drug to fuck you up is marijuana.

fyi, little known pot fact: THC is absorbed through your lungs almost instantaneously, so ya know how everyone tells you to 'hold dat shit in' or whatever? it's really not helping you much. i've seen this as a daily factoid on cannabis.com and in a few other places.

Any sort of drug is bad, that why it's illegal.
What may be fun at the time, like to have a smoke and chill out.
but you can become too chilled out.
You may not think it's affecting you, but in time it will.
I admit to smoking it, but I’ve stopped & I am now reaping the benefit.
I'm feeling better in a lot of ways, I've had a very bad time just lately, and smoking that shit has just made matters worse.

I started when I was a teenager, my first smoke was with friends & yes it was good fun at the time.
My teen’s years were great :lol:
I stopped when I was in HM Coastguard, no way was I going to ruin my work in air sea rescue, and I loved my job.
At the time working for HMCG I became very anti-drug, we had a very large part of the coastline to cover for allsorts of activities this did include the lookout for boats landing drugs.
After changing jobs and working for another gov dept I retired in 1995.

I started on & off again in 2002, what a fool :yes:
Well lesson learnt, that's my view anyhow.

I think it's a state of mind, if you have problems then yes stop, like I was advised by a friend on FST, I took note and it worked, I can't thank him enough.
But like I say, it is a state of mind, if you are head strong then I guess you will not have a problem.
This is the first year that I have smoked weed, It's so fucking strong, I’m glad I’ve stopped.
Solid does not have the effect of weed, no way.
I am more melow on solid.

Hate to be a spoilsport. But i've had friends who consummed drugs on a daily basis, and I did that with them.
The "don't do pot cause it's evil" crowd made me laugh too, until I met the same friends I hadn't seen in a while.
One is at the moment in the local mental ward, the other one is a handicapped adult. Just be careful what you take and don't do it on an everyday basis, just once in a while, as an entertainment of sorts.
Be careful drugs doesn't fry your brains.
