i need it now because someone has just sent me something, and i dont know it

and i lied on the birthday thing because i dont bother putting the real thing in, can anyone help me recover my pass?

that's one of the downfalls of providing false information.
Did you have an alternative mail address on it; you can change the password that way.
For my passwords I use small notebooks, and backup software called password safe, the software is still about.
