Steam not Loading

Ello all. I've ran into a problem, Steam is not wanting to show up. It's running in the process task manager, but nothing is showing up in my taskbar or screen at all! :stars:

In Steam settings , interface ,check "run when windows starts" Reboot ?

i've been getting this too, for like two months. i find ending task, then opening steam from the start menu fixes it

When I try that, if Steam is already in the task manager it'll say "Steam is already running, you may only run one copy of Steam at a time" or if it's not in the task manager, it'll just load Steam into the task manager, but nothing shows up on my screen.
