Have to agree with gamer get in while it's hot Bitsoup is one of my fave trackers it's improved alot since I first joined highly recomend it. Lots of seeders and leechers so it's easy to get a good ratio going :)

did bitsoup start off a week or two ago? because it was pretty crappy last week.

i joined yesterday, they have really good stuff in every departmrnts and the speed is more than ok (175 ko/s)

there's really nothing bitsoup has which can't be found elsewhere, and thats my definition of a good site, having its own stuff...

plus, the seeders on bitsoup torrents disappear lightning fast and torrents get deleted with no notice. i used bitsoup some time ago, but the community there is far from perfect...

bitsoup doesnt motivate me at all to keep a high ratio, because there are leechers aplenty and noone's seeding more than 2-3 days...

if you have some experience with good trackers (ie oink), u'll instantly realize that bitsoup has a long way to go to reach its standards

i was told bitsoup was good, and advised to sign up.
but man, the amount of messages they send asking u to donate is unbelieveable.
ive never seen a site ask for donations so many times.
its so annoying, i no longer use bitsoup, and my account will no doubt be pruned for inactivity.

Awww come on people its a great site for those that can't have access to other site i.e TL and stuff. Its still open and its good.....thats all i can say.

^exactly. For people who dont have invites on other well seeded site bitsoupe is a very good site. I am a noobe to torrents and has been using it only lately to download english movies. But i could get almost all the big releases in the last decade or so from that site with top download speed. I am very happy with that site.:)

yep bitsoups arrogant and money first mind of the admin and staffs creates an indifferent and resenting mood which makes most of the seeders go away for good.

welli must say there might be better sites around then bitsoup but how many of them can poeple still access. I mean all of them are pretty much closed for signups and almots impossible to get invite. So for an open site bitsoup is one of the best.

Bitsoup is an ok site. They have somewhat hard rules but the flow of torrents is increasing day to day :)

I signed up for an account a while ago, went to log in and got an error mesage saying my u/n and p/w were incorrect (they weren't). Signed up a second time (same details), now I get the same error message. Screw 'em. If they can't keep my details straight, I'll stick with the other sites...

yeah like its been already said before bitsoup is a great site for newbies but does not have the personal feeling of other smaller private sites

@donwarra: I'm a member of lots of trackers and I still think BS is good. why do you want a personal feeling from your tracker? all I'm interested in is seeder vs leecher ratio, content and speed and on those counts BS does fine. no they're not my friends but who cares. And sure lots of sites are the same or slightly better than BS but does that make it shit. not in my opinion.

@Jounior: not sure if you mean that BS has these probs or thats what you worry about but for the record I get good speeds from BS between 100 & 200kB/s which for me isn't too bad the only sites that do better for me r TL and Pisexey :)
