Moving torrents from BitTorrent 2 Azureus

If I want 2 switch & start using Azureus.
Is there a way to import the torrents from one prog 2 the other ?
I haven't save the torrent files on my HD :frusty:
I need 2 do it manually ?
Any suggestions ???

You could have done that if it had a save torrent option other than that i think your stuck.
