my upload speed is very low, can't keep up with ratio of 1, & upload is already being used for company needs.

So I need a private tracker with good content & can fix ratio in exchange for some donations.

welltron it sounds like bittorrent is not for u, as ppl will not send data to u if ur not seeding. leeching goes against the nature of bittorrent. try newsgroups, much better if u want to pay. better speeds (max, all the time), quicker pre-times, no seeding, etc.

i can't say much for TB as I'm not a member, but BitMe & ScT are tough to maintain a good ratio. ScT has very fast seeds, so if you have a low upload you may not be able to seed it all back. ScT takes donations, but it does not "repair" ratios. BitMe does offer upload credit.
