I tried uploading a torrent to mininova.org they recommended using

But it seems to be offline - can anyone recommend any others that dont need signup?

go to isohunt.com, and in that, check out the link for other torrent sites. It has many free trackers, including the ones piyush has recommended, which are the best among them
