Ah yes, yet another arbitrary day to show all your love and affection for someone.

So you didn't get one either then ? :( Bloody Hallmark .

I received three Fathers Day cards, which is odd as I only have one child and he can't write yet.

I sense duplicitous double dealings.

Well I'm sure when they get home I'll get a hug , thats all that matters anyway.

On the bright side went to the Beer store at half time of the Aussis game to pick up some refreshments , lo and behold some big breasted redhead was handing out samples of some new flavoured vodka . The young fellow behind the counter gave me two miniature bottles of rum as well .

Life is good . :D

Family just returned I just spent 10 minutes looking for my Dads card from the youngest ,it was thrown in the garbage when I cleaned up this morning.

He was a little upset that it was thrown out , whats a father to do ? Always thought the home made ones were the best too .

Titled : To my Greates Dad , going to have to work on his spelling me thinks . Was surprised how much of a softy I am tho at being hurt by it all .

I got a "happy father's day plate"

(From "funpots" apparently, which is a clever shop where you make your own crockery, and they charge you for the convenience)
