As it's a warmer day I have activated my Fan for the first time this year.

So far no repoted problems with it, touch wood

Looks good, Easy to install, you could take the light bit out I guess and cap it with something.

we only use those in the winter here, not for cooling, instead to blow the warm air down if the heating is on.

Good to see use of energy efficient lightbulbs - and only two to be even more 'green'... or is that for you to stick your finger in when you need activating?

Yep. Got'em in all the bedrooms and the kitchen. Been using for a bit now...even with the air conditioning every once and while.

Btw, yesterday it was frigging 95 degrees outside.:mellow:

Has anyone tried standing under a Ceiling fan @ full power with the Hi Fi blasting out?
Try it, when under, position yourself & look up for the full effect.

It gives a very Strange sound effect ...... hard to explain

I think Texas, ceiling fans and AC at all times is a must.
