FFS, can these people not behave themselves?

It is actually possible to have a few drinks without throwing the bottles at other people.

Indeed, the Riot Police are often called in to deal with "scuffles".

I reckon they are when they are there for that exact purpose

Riot police have already been in action after some English and German fans were involved in minor scuffles in the city.

But riot police had to move in after minor clashes between Germans and English at 2030 BST (2130 GMT) on Friday.

Out of 5,800 arrests at the world cup only 583 have been English.

I don't think throwing bottles at people constitutes "minor scuffles" but maybe that's just me.

The German Police made it clear they were going for a zero tolerance policy, good on them. Why should real fans, trying to enjoy the tournament, have to put up with the sort of shite who thinks that kind of behaviour is OK.

Throwing bottles was so last week.

Eaqula blame can go to other countries fans though who have also been involved.

At the end of the day our behaviour is a vast improvement from before, even in 8 years its changed rapidly. France 98 i think was a very big wake up call to ALL countries.

Really, I beg to differ.

Other people seem able to get on OK. Then the Engerland "fans" show up and the fighting starts. It's a recurring theme mate, they revel in the reputation.

We used to do the same, then we thought, fuck that let's have a party. Now the Scottish fans are welcome everywhere they go (except the huns).

Geman and Polish fans also ckashed at this world cup.

I'm not condoning the behaviour, merely stating that thicks have changed a lot for the better

My bad, I didn't realise.

Tell your chaps to fill their boots then.

Germany and Poland fight, Engerland chips in, it's almost traditional.

I'm sure there would also be "minor scuffles" involving scottish fans if they were there too.

I'd have thought so.

I'm sure there's probably going to be some Argentinians involved in 'scuffles' tonight too

Anyone else want to bite, or can I just leave it at that.

I'm bored now.

Us third world chaps have such short attention spans.

As much as I hate football violence it does make for some good films. Mind, those films are always about London teams.
