Vbulletin Help

Im tryin to install vbulletin 3.5.4 and on step 6 (improting Languages and the file vbulletin-languages.xml) it says this

XML Error: %1$s at Line %2$s
^^ whats that mean

Looks like something is wrong with the file and/or the installer.
Can you give more info, if there is anything more, or maybe you better post this on vBulletin.com.

Have you made sure that the vbulletin-language.xml file is there in /install/ ?
Also you could try reuploading everything in the upload folder again incase something's corrupt or missing.
