Removing things from context menus?

When I rightclick on an MP4 or MOV file there are two instances of Quicktime in the popup menu... How can I remove one of them?

maybe edit, with regedit:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.mp4\OpenWithList
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.mov\OpenWithList

Not sure about quicktime but some programs allow this feature to be changed in the options or preferences dialog box.

Or, upon initial installation, you are asked if you want shortcuts added to your right-click menu. Simple reinstallation may be in order.
