I've got an appointment at the doctors today.

I have a problem with my Ass.....

it's called a Haemorrhoid "Piles"
it can be a size of a pea or a grape, but not as big as a potato or mellon.
I can tell you, it's fecking not nice,
I keep putting my finger on it to check the size and it's still the size of a pea.

Causes:
strain to empty your bowels, have chronic diarrhoea, are pregnant, have a family history of piles, have varicose veins.

Possible complications:
strangulation, thrombosis, gangrene.

Has anyone had one? it's quite worrying.

I am told it's quite a common thing to have, and most rich people get it.
I've got to see the Surgery General at Cromer Hospital, will not be nice to have done, but it's better to get it sorted as the fecking pain is quite bad.
The NHS is getting quite posh, you now get an appointment with a secret password; I even get to choose what Hospital I want to go to, how cool is that.
