You should defently defrost them, gives aids if not.

Chicken is a pain in the ass, you fry them and they look fried, but need alot more time

Heat pan super hot add oil
sizzle both sides
then low tow temp for atleast 15/20 minutes, with top
add spices etc

Then de-frost them first.

Unless poultry says "cook from frozen" don't do it. Particularly deep frying, which is entirely different from convection cooking.

a good test is to fry an ice cube with chilli (not tooo much pepper on ice cube)
then try water with prawns
then you will understand

frozen food is good as chips, if despersat.

FFS people, de-frost in a microwave and then deep fry - No.

Grill, under a hot as fucking fuck grill. It's the only way. Enough said.

Or barbeque.

I never even freeze chicken. It's too dodgy. Same as turkey. Eat it fresh or don't eat it at all (unless u fancy food poisoning to get time off work)

I got two bags of frozen chicken of the frozen Chicken man last week.
He only comes to our village once a month; I'm not going to buy it no more
Just took some out of the freezer for tomorrow's feed,
it don't even look like chicken, it's got hairs on it like pork :(
