Outlook Express Problem

ok hopefully somebody can solve this problem when someone send me an attchment OE just says

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachment in your mail"" which is bullshit coz it is safe how the hell to i get it so I can open attachment up??

Goto Options/Security. There is a check box for attachments and virus protection.
