False Descriptions

Whenever I come to this forum, I feel that I am among friends. People ask, others help. Everyone knows the pain of DL ing a fake file, even if you can stop it after 10 MB, with AVI preview. So I suspect no one from this forum of naming a file wrongly. I understand that many more are using P2P filesharing than the ones here, but why fake names and descriptions?

If it is their Participation LV they are worried about, start using K++ (they should anyways :lol: )
Whenever someone detects a fake movie, they cancel the DL, and Participation LV will drop again.
The only thing they gain, is bad reputation.

What we should start here, is a new category with a list of every fake file we detect, and the full description of it. Even though it is a huge task, it WILL save time for us all, and make Kazaa even better!

they think its funny watching someone suffer coz they suffered or they just think its plain funny, imatureness is what it is watching an u/l down the bottom which is a fake must be so hillirous but theres nothing we can do about it to stop it just keep using AVI preview as u mentioned and preview our MP3s, however i will say software and games are another story

That brings us to the next issue: virus infected software.... I have DL ed at least 5 software that was a trojan horse, and som others that was detected as viruses in midst-download.

At one point I had to restart my comp in Safe Mode, run the ever-so-slow-NAV 5 times, restart in Noraml Mode again, just to get rid of it all.....

I delete the file ASAP as the NAV detects it is a trojan. I am proud to say that all my files are what they are described as, and no viruses! :D

If not already there.

The more the better, then people won't have to download false files, or viruses / trojans.

That must be done in Kazaa, My Shared Folder, right-click, and Edit Details

when i click on my shared folder in kazaa lite, it just opens a normal (non-kazaa) window. I can veiw the advanced details, but the simple details that has the space for title and desc. are non-clickable? :(
