After recently being banned from a site (bitmetv) for being naughty (cheating my ass off from the day i joined) and trust me i deserved it and i knew the risks.

What i want to know is where have been banned from and what did you do, do you think you got what you deserved?

I got banned on torrentit for like an 1hour when I first joined, because I uploaded a couble of hundred gigs in less than a day.
Just had a fast server though, got it sorted though and was back on and uploading lot lots more.

Most forums are monitored by the private trackers, usually for invites that should not be offered on sites like this, but also for posts like this. If they didn't know about you before, they do now. Time to move on to public trackers methinks.

I once gave away my bitmetv acc and the person that i gave the acc to, and the person that invited me in the first place were both banned.

Thats the closest I have been. I don't see the point in joining a good private tracker with the intention of trying to cheat. Apart from the fact that is against every principle p2p stands for, a lot of the best sites have scripts in place and staff monitoring upload speed, and comparing your isp's typical upstream to what speed you are upping at. Believe me when I say that they know about every ratio cheating program/utility/extension thats out there. They will also pass your ip around to other trackers if you get banned which will make it nearly impossible to get an account anywhere except maybe torrentspy:ermm:

I got banned from oink after downloading the sonic youth discography (800mb)and they though i was too slow uploading it back.

Also had plenty of accounts removed from lack of use. filelist, torrentbytes and pisexy spring to mind.

I have never been banned from any site. I have not recieved any warnings for low ratios etc....I've always managed an easy 1:1 ratio.

Keep in mind that you should keep your ratio's not below 0.5 (depends on which tracker) by stop downloading and upload instead.
I've already met IP blocked problem when I tried to connect to some trackers like SuperTorrents.Org because of mistake of another person??? Is it fair for innocent people?
If you guy someday'll be caught and applied capital punishment because of mistake of the police (I mean they caught wrong person), what would you think?
