how can i upload new files?

after i format my computer i can't renew my old uploads how can i do it?
i use utorrent

You must specify the paths in µtorrent->preferences->"downloads" and "other" because the prog needs to know where are the torrents and the correspondent files.
Then you go to File->"Add torrent" and add the torrents you want. µtorrent will make a check and see that you have the files completed and then just seeds them.
