Task Manager

my task manager seems to have gone a bit silly
i have no idea what i did, but when i opened it, it had changed from the normal version to this:

my os is win xp home. anyone have any ideas as to how i can get the original task manager back?

yeah, i tried going to the windows folder before, it's exactly the same as above
