It takes so long start download the fifle why is that.?


And why does it go so slow when it is downloadin because I have a 600k modem and it is goin at 1.7kb but when on kazaa it goes about 60kb

eMule has queues

The more you share and upload, the faster you'll get in the front of the queues.

emaule takes time to "speed up", when I first started using emule, my speeds would not go over 1KBbs, but after using it for a while, my speeds reach 10-20kbps easily ;) (this sounded like a commercial... <_< ).

So just make sure that U&#39;r upluad speed/slots are set up properly, and U should notice a speed increase after a while, and leave emule on for as long as possible, that helps too :D

I started to use emule 30 minutes ago and I already have 20kB/s :P

Yeah, but U had already used it before, and U had a good ratio...right? I meant that if U started using emule (as in not having used it before) U&#39;r speeds would not be good...

Nope I never used it before. But this was just one user with such a high u/l rate. :)
