everytime i shut dont powerdvd it kicks me off the internet (dialup) anyone have answers.

which version do you use?
if your using 7.0 get v7.0.1813
if you have a firewall block PowerDVD from connecting to the internet.

tip: disable the RichVideo Service, language.exe and PDVDserv.exe from loading @ startup
