Completely depends on what content you are looking for. Music i'd say oink...or trance traffic for electronic music. TV shows bitmetv hands down. Elearning i would say bitme. Movies (non scene) pisexy, wildbytes or bitsoup. For scene stuff, i would say ScT or FTN

Because some of these sites would actually ban a user for posting the url in a forum like this and trust me some this sites have ways of finding out who the poster is on the site that gets mentioned.
So its not really that they dont want to do it, but more the member respecting the rules set for that private tracker.
