what does negative TTL mean on torrents??

when a torrent has a negative TTL and is still downloadable.. does that mean when u download it dosent affect the ratio???

I assume that you know what TLL means in general...

So, this is my opinion - if a torrent still has seeders then TLL will go to negative, but as soon as all seeders are gone, torrent is instantly deleted...

I've seen dead torrents (no seeders/leechers) with negative ttl not beeing deleted for days.
