Away To Use .bin With Out Burning On Cd

Who can help me with the program. I don't remember the name but their is a program that you don't need to burn the .bin and .cue files on cd and your computer thinks it is on a Cd so it works with out cd. :D

Yeah i found the board two days ago and i think it's great.
