Filelist.org Account deleted ?

I registered some day ago at filelist.org, I was having a ratio of 20 with 140Gigs uploaded... And now when I wanted to check the site I got this error : ''Login failed! This account has been disabled.'':frusty:

And I don't get why ??

I'm not a cheater, I always keep great ratios, and this has never happened before. What shall I do ?
Could someone maybe give me the irc adress of filelist, so that I can check it out with the staff ?:huh:

thanks for the answers guys, I solved the problem talking to the stuff in irc.
They reactivated my account, but they want a picture that proves my high upload-speed :) I'll send it to them as soon as I get home and there shouldn't be any more problems.

Hi guys,

Need some help.

I have been on filelist.org for 5 years and have ratio 1.23 and uploaded 1.5TB !

But today my account is disabled, can someone please PM the way to talk to their admins so i can sort out problem.

I too have a 100MB connection at work, this may be the reason as i can seed easily at 2.5mb
