The account I've got lets me get concert tickets via the bank. They book the tickets and so forth, even if it's "sold out" sometimes. Plus they give a 25% discount. So with one phone call they get the tickets and give 25% off. Now that's cool enough.

However there is also a "lifestyle consultant" who will do pretty much owt you want, footbal tickets, reserve meals etc. You just phone and say, Hoi get me tickest for the game and they phone about to try to get them. Then phone back.

How feckin mental is that.
