Recommended utorrent Settings For a 1mb Connection?

Yeh i am having problems downloading, constantly getting a speed of around 20-30 when i have a 1mb connection. What are your settings for utorrent? (if u have 1mb)

My speeds keep fluctuating too, they never are constant :s

for BT what's more important is your upload speed. you should set your upload speed to about 80% of your upload limit. so if you have 256 kilobit/sec (bit not byte!) upload, then set your upload limit to 25 kilobyte/sec (byte not bit!)
