View Full Version : HDD vanishes

My new 250GB HDD just dissapeared. I tried to reset my pc and see if problems still occured but my HDD is not there. Any help??

If it helps all i can say before it vanished is that at the bottom a small exclamation mark come in a yellow triangle saying write to F drive failed or was delayed or something like that.

maybe the cable fell out :unsure:

maybe the partition was lost, try to find it with a recover program

Did you try the cable as suggested?

This can be a problem especially with SATA HDD.

Na its one of those gay IDE cables...:lol:

I think the cables are ok and attached....i mean wires dont automatically fall out especially when your fitting the HD in and like pushing the cables like you never pushed.:D

Now i can say that officially my HDD is messed up....good thing it had nothing in it.:lol: So looks like im going to get it exchanged.:lol:
