Download and auto install image to mp3 file

I use real player it displays info about the mp3 being played in it(if available, 99% of times its available).Yesterday i downloaded a pet shop boys mp3, the pix is inbuilt in mp3 file:

Now, am wondering if there is an prog which can download and auto install img to the mp3 file, or the prog finds the image of the album and we can install(like 1 click install)

Has anyone tried doing such a thin???plz post your experience...
