UK News server?

Does anyone know of a good unlimited news server in the uk? Ive heard of LOTS of problems about bad routing to the USA on my isp (ntl) and I might buy a one month news accounts :unsure:

Giganews, Ngroups.net and Astraweb have a choice of using alternative news servers for their unlimited plans that are located in Amsterdam.

It would be cheaper to set up a block account server to automatically fill in holes in your NTL ISP news server. Better newsreader programs can do this.

I think newshosting should be ok since you can choose to route through ServerCentral, Cogent or BtN but I hear about lots of problems with ntl users on newshosting (sometimes very slow speeds). Only problem is they stopped PayPal, anyone know if they are doing paypal again now?

I might get an account so I can get some xbox games, a.b.games.xbox is great on the ntl usenet but the retention is only 10 days (maybe a bit less or more than that)
