What motherboard do you have? I know some boards have a keyboard hotkey to reset it. Try holding the pause/break or delete key while powering up.

If you can tell us your motherboard model we can help you further.

Review your motherboard manual. Locate the Cmos jumper and reset. This will put everything back to factory setting, meaning all tweaks/manual changes you made in the bios will be gone. You shoud be able to boot back up and change around again.

Try this:

"Clear CMOS Jumper: JBAT1"

Find JBAT1 jumpers on you motherboard.

You can clear CMOS by shorting 2-3 pin while the
system is off. Then return to 1-2 pin position. Avoid
clearing the CMOS while the system is on; it will
damage the mainboard.

There is more info about this in your manual. Page: 2-20

You can get a copy of the manual here: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/manu...10&NAME=MS-6373 (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/manual/mnu/spt_mnu_detail.php?UID=10&NAME=MS-6373)
