I went to sign into my acct & couldn't tell two characters in the security code....whether they were 1 and 0 or I and O so I tried a few, and now my acct is deleted.

Anyone here know how I can email a mod on bitme? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Woah! They delete accounts for that?

Try their irc channel. As seen on FAQ:
irc.bitmetv.org #bitmetv

I always hate those security codes... What you can always do is refresh the page, and it will give you a new one.

It was strange, because it didn't...i then just closed the window, reopened it, it gave me a new code that was easy to read, and that's when it disabled the acct.

If u get u're account back, just go 2 u're profile & change the login type from secure 2 normal.
U won't have 2 deal with the security codes anymore.

When you try to login to a site with strange confirmation code and you are not sure whether you have to type O or 0, just press the F5 key on your keyboard many times in order to refresh the page many times. Each time a different security code will appear. Then stop refreshing the page, when you are sure what the security code is.

for some sites u can try only a few times the login and if u are wrong they block the login page for several hours...so it's not a very good idea hitting F5 many times

Mine is set to normal, but still asks for the code.

Mine doesnt ask for the code. I believe its based on the browser your using. Older versions of IE wont show the code. (Does same thing on TL).

I noticed alot of people had issues with reading the codes on my site so I personally set it for Digits and Letters only. And it normally will only do 1 or the other. Not too often youll get letters and numbers.
