no no

i've got it guys

the smart admins of the site , have blocked alot of IP Ranges , and i mean by blocking here that they give em a whole another interface , where signups are closed and users cannot login ( cuz of site problems :p )

i now can signup and login and everything , but not from my Real IP :(

i guess i'll talk to them about that

thank you all guys for trying to help ;)

what did you use to change your ip please tell us thanks
but i think you said what i meant but i just couldn't render my thought well
ip ranges could mean sometimes an isp i think and bitme.org uses the same i even always get a 403 Forbidden Unauthorized message cause they banning the whole isp (its ip ranges)all of them
thanks any way
