Fuckers.
Due to a technical fault with my mouse, geordies bested me.
The question was, Who has seen the film, "The princess bride" and what did you think?
I think it's one of the best films known to man. Bo had a deprived childhood and hasnt seen it, hence he thinks it is ghey.

You said, and I quote, "My mouse has run out of charge or I'd post a thread asking for an opinion"

It's genious.
Funny as fuck. There'e a great bit where Mandy Pumpkin is just about to fence a baddie. He says something like "My name is Chebus of Cheese and I am here to avenge Bridge's dearth." The baddie looks at him for a few seconds, turns round and runs the fuck away. You have to see it like.
And also, I'm the narrator, which makes it even kewler..

One of the coolest films ever. It's got Andre the Giant in it for fuck's sake, how many films can say that? :sneaky:

"Zoro" or, more correctly, "Zorro" was a TV show. :ermm:

Good film, very trippy. Would have been better if Andre the Giant was in it.

It's one of my favourite films. I've converted Jonno into a believer as well, he was quite entertained by it. I couldn't fathom that he'd never seen it before! My son used to love it as well, but now he's thirteen and if a movie doesn't have at least foul language, it's not worth watching.
If you liked Princess Bride, I recommend watching "Ever After". It's not quite as good, and a slightly more "girly" film, but Anjelica Huston puts on a smashing performance as the stepmother.
@Bo, I think it's a travesty that you haven't seen this. We should definitely remedy the situation, by force if necessary.
