I ordered stuff from a website, they took the money, never delivered, I just canceled the order asked for a refund, they haven't paid the money back yet.

For what it's worth, the site seems legit...-ish.

Seeing as how they are replying to you at all, and all. That means that you should be able to report them to some consumer rights-thingie and at least screw with them a little.

This company debits card immediately but and then fails to supply the goods.Difficult to get through to anyone by telephone and refund was only finally achieved by registering official written complaint to Barclaycard. Not even threatening Police investigation had any effect. Avoid this company like the Plague.

This one reported it to the credit card company. If the company took care of his or their end of the transfer I've no idea, tho.
