Getting an error while downloading from Filemp3.org ONLY

i am using utorrent 1.6 & I have also chcked in Bitcomet .....& when i add torrent in Utorrent client the errror comes which is "NO CONNECTION COULD BE MADE BECAUSE THE TARGET MACHINE REFUSES" Only frm this site rest of them r working smothy ,,Does anyone knows abt it DO telll me .....................

The site and tracker are ok.
Do you have waiting times, to download?

two reasons spring to mind one you have dht enabled or your firewall has you in stealth mode and the tracker thinks you trying to cheat.
