I found a japanese horror movie that i have been looking for on one of IRC's channels called Junk. Can anyone tell me how the hell i go about downloading it?

I downlaoded the packetseek program so i can access irc. I can find what im looking on ircspy.com & i have the packetseek on that server that the file is on but, everytime i do a search for it on packetseek i don't come up with that specific file,
