I used bitorrent and other p2p programs for a long time now and now I want to try to use something new, because my upload speed is really slow, so it is hard to me to use torrents... I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to use newsgroup if I'm from Lithuania?
2. What newsgroup is the best for music (mostly house, dance and other EDM) downloads?

You can use a Newsgroup account from just about anywhere as long as your ISP allows it and you have connection.

There are countless newsgroups for music in fact too many to mention, i suggest you look at a search site like binsearch.info and search for some of you favourite titles.

Either way if ya need any help let me know.
