They will pay into a bank account, but only over a certain amount, and they will charge you extra

They dont charge to transfer to a bank account that I know of. Ive been wondering though if you dont have any bank or cc info can you send money to another paypal account...

That's true for US bank accounts, but not for the rest of us :(
